It is very important that you answer the questions as completely as possible. We will base our suggestions on your answers. If you have a special request, not addressed by the questions in the form, feel free to let us know under “Any Further Comments.” As we develop your vacation proposal, we may contact you to gather additional information to help us make the best suggestions possible. Once you approve a vacation, we will book the trip for you and process your payment. We will inform you about payment due dates, any penalties that might apply, and insurance that can be purchased to cover unforeseen cancellations |
